Sun Zhagen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Dai County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1970, and joined the CPC in 1980. From 2007 to 2008, he was Director of Human Resource and Education Department of State Forestry Administration. Since 2008, he is Deputy Director of the State Forestry Administration.
