Biography
Sun Hailin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tianjin. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1973, and graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Tianjin Normal Institute. He won an MBA degree from Tianjin University as an in-service student.
Sun has served in his native Tianjin for his entire career. He has worked in several sports and tourism agencies in the city. In addition, he has held several Party posts in the Tanggu district, and he has served as chairman of the Tianjin Youth Association and the Tianjin Municipal Tourism Bureau. Sun Hailin was elected as vice-mayor of Tianjin in 1998.
