Biography
Song Fengming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. He was born in 1946, graduated from the mathematics department of Beijing University, earned a master's degree in management from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and earned a doctorate degree in management from Tsinghua University. He was professor of finance at Tsinghua University in 1995, and subsequently he served as an independent director of China Construction Bank.
