Biography
Shi Xueyou, male, Han nationality, is a native of Danfeng, Shaanxi Province. He joined the CPC in 1976 and pursued a career in party activities in Shaanxi province, becoming secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Supervision Department and director of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Committee.
He was vice-chairman of the Party Leadership Group of the CPPCC 9th Shaanxi Provincial Committee, a member of CPPCC, and in 2003 became vice-chairman of the CPPCC 9th Shaanxi Provincial Committee.
