Shi Ningzhong, male, Han nationality, was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province and is a native of Yixing, Jiangsu Province. He is a member of the CPC. He was a laborer in Jilin Province from 1968 to 1972 and graduated from the Mathematics Department of Jilin Normal University (now Northeast Normal University) in 1975.
