Biography
Shen Xiaonan, female, Han nationality, is a native of Guanyun County, Jiangsu Province. She entered the work force in 1974, graduated from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics in 1982, and joined the CPC in 1994. She had served at Finance Ministry for almost 20 years from 1982 to 2001 and since then has worked for National Council for Social Security Fund for 10 years. She was Director of Plan and Research Department of National Council for Social Security Fund from 2009 to 2011. From September 2011 to 2015 she was Vice-Chairman, National Council for Social Security Fund.
