Shen Liguo, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qixian, Henan Province. He was born in 1949, joined the CPC in 1972, and obtained a master's degree at the Central Party School, majoring in Political Economics. Shen began his career at the Heilongjiang Production and Construction Corps of the PLA. After the Cultural Revolution, he then moved to the Bei'an Agriculture Administration Bureau, where he served as director of the CPC Committee.
