Biography

Ren Qixing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Suixi, Anhui Province. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1965 and graduated from Shandong Mining Institute.

Ren served as deputy division chief of the general office of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee prior to becoming mayor of Shizuishan City. In 1988, he was appointed vice-chairman of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional People's Government. Ten years later, he became a standing committee member of the 8th CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee.
