Pan Yue, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nanjing City, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1960, and he is a deputy researcher. He holds doctor degree in history. Pan served as deputy director of the State Administration of State Assets until 1998. In 2003, he was elected deputy director of the State Environmental Protection Administration. In 2008, he became vice-minister of Ministry of Environmental Protection.
