Biography
Nie Ronggui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jiangjin, Sichuan Province. He joined the CPC in l947.
Nie has served in a wide variety of Party positions in Sichuan over the past 50 years. He has also been active in CPPCC affairs at the provincial and the national levels, and has served as a delegate to the NPC on several occasions, as well as a delegate to the l5th CPC National Congress.
