Nan Changming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanxi province. He was born in 1947, and graduated from university. He held leading posts at the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Personnel, where he was deputy director of the planning department until 1999. He was elected as a vice-president of the State Development and Investment Corporation in 2004.
