Mu Zhanying, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shulu County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1971, and graduated from Shanghai Tongji University in 1978. From 1999 to 2012, he was General Manager and Leading Party Group Secretary of China Nuclear Engineering Group Corporation (CNEC). Since October 2012, he is Chairman, Key Large-Sized State-Owned Enterprises, Board of Supervisors.
