Mu Degui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Ji'an City, Jilin Province. He was born in 1959, entered the work force in 1982, and joined the CPC in 1987. From 2011 to 2012, he was Assistant Governor of Guizhou Province. Since 2012, he is Vice-Governor, People's Government, Guizhou Province.
