Mahinur Kasim, female, Uygur nationality, (although born in the USSR) has as her original native place Huocheng, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, joined the CPC in l952, and studied at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.
Mahinur has served as an official of numerous women's organizations, in local and regional government posts, as a member of the 8th and 9th NPC Standing Committees.
