Ma Qinrong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Chaoyang, Guangdong province. He was born in 1948, and served as vice-president and professor of the East China Normal University. He was elected as secretary of the CPC Committee of the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2004.
