Biography
Ma Guichuan, male, Han nationality, was born in 1952, and graduated from Dalian Maritime University. Ma has extensive experience in shipping management, business operations, and crew management and training. He joined the China Ocean Shipping Group Company in 1978, and became chairman of the union in 1998.
