Biography
Lu Shiguang, male, Han nationality. He was born in 1955, began to work in 1973 and joined the CPC in 1975. He is a postgraduate. Lu began his career at the Government Offices Administration of the State Council in the late 1970s. He was promoted to director of the Administration as well as director of the financial department, and in 1984 he became deputy director of the Administration.
