Biography
Liu Conzhou, male, is of Han nationality. He obtained a master's degree as a senior economy engineer.
Liu became involved in social services in 1964, and since then he has engaged in research on atomic boil technologies at a factory of the Ministry of Atomic Industry. From 1976 to 1997, he engaged himself in the pharmacy production and management activities and served as deputy production director and director of the General Medical Factory of the Harbin Medicine Joint-Stock Company Ltd. Liu was formally transferred to general manager of the Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Company Ltd. in 1997. He was won numerous awards for his service, including National Model Worker in 1999.
