Lin Yuanhe, male, Han nationality, is a native of Putian, Fujian Province. He was born in 1950, joined the CPC in 1981, and attained a master's degree from the Management Science and Engineering Program of the University of Science and Technology of China.
Lin spent his early career at the Fuyang Bearing Factory in Anhui Province. He later became director of the Anhui Provincial Economic and Trade Committee, as well as secretary of its leading Party group. He also served as director of the Fuyang Knitting Mill. He became vice-mayor of Guangzhou in 1999. He has taken several continuing education courses in economics and finance.
Lin Yuanhe is a delegate to the 9th Guangdong Provincial Party Congress.
