Li Jiaxiang, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1949 and is a native of Zaozhuang of Shandong Provicne. He joined the CPC in 1970 and the PLA in 1969. He is a Major General of Air Force. He was Vice-Minister and Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Group of the Ministry of Transport and Director of the General Administration of Civil Aviation. He served as Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China from 2008 to 2016.
