Biography
Kuang Jingming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yiyang, Hunan Province. He graduated from the Electronic Engineering Department of the Beijing Polytechnic College (now the Beijing Institute of Technology) in 1966, and received a doctorate of engineering degree from West Berlin Polytechnic University in 1988. He returned to the Beijing Institute of Technology, became chief of the Electronic Engineering Department, was made vice-president in 1993 and president in 1999.
