Biography
Jiao Zhengzhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jilin city, Jilin province. He was born in 1950, joined the CPC in 1975, and graduated from Jilin University with a master's degree in economics. Jiao was appointed vice-mayor of the municipal government of Jilin, and concurrently acted as mayor, in 2004.
Jiao Zhengzhong is currently vice-governor of Jilin province.
