Jiang Wenlan, female, is of Han nationality. She was born in 1948 and graduated from Gansu Agriculture University. She joined the CPC in 1980. She was an alternate member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and in 2007 became a member of the 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
