Biography
Jiang Chengkang, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1950 and is a native of Yongding County of Fujian Province. He joined the CPC in 1974. He has a Masters Degree of Economic Management from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. He is a Senior Economist and is currently General Manager of the China National Tobacco Corporation. From 2002 to 2013 he was Director and Secretary of Leading Party Members Group of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration.
