Jian Baowei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anyang City, Henan Province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1969, and joined the CPC in 1971. From 2001 to 2004, he was Secretary of CPC Party Committee of Organs Under Government Offices Administration of the State Council. From 2004 to 2014 he was Deputy Director of Government Offices Administration of the State Council.
