Biography
Jia Fukun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xiangyang, Hubei Province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1965, and received a college education.
Jia spent his entire career in the PLA, beginning as a squad leader and, over a decade, working his way up to regiment commander. During his career, he also held various Party positions. In 1982, he underwent additional training and later became commander of the Guangzhou Military Region, a post he held for 10 years. He then served as commander of the Hubei Military District.
Jia Fukun was a delegate to the 8th and 9th NPC.
