Biography
Ji Peiding, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jiangsu province. He was born in 1942, and graduated from university. He served as vice-minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs until 2003, and he was in charge of West Asia, Africa and protocol affairs. He was appointed as vice-chairman of the foreign affairs committee of the NPC in 2003.
