Huang Ribo, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jingxi County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He was born in 1958, graduated from Guangxi Agricultural College and entered the work force in 1982. From 2008 to 2013, he was Vice Chairman of CPPCC Guangxi Autonomous Regional Committee. Since July 2013, he is Vice-Chairman, Autonomous Region People's Government, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
