Biography
Huang Qingyi, female, Han nationality. She was born in 1944, obtained academic credentials, and held leading positions in the Henan Provincial CPC Committee. In 2002, Huang served as vice-president of the 8th All-China Women's Federation.
Huang Qingyi was a delegate to the 15th CPC National Congress and a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee. She is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
