Huang Guanchun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Ezhou City, Hubei Province. He was born in 1959, entered the work force in 1975, and joined the CPC in 1979. From 2006 to 2012, he was Secretary of CPC City Committee of Hubei Province Xiaogan City. From July 2012 to July 2015, he served as Vice-Governor and Director of Public Security Department of People’s Government of Jilin Province. In 2015 he became Vice-Governor and Director of Public Security Department of Hunan Province.
