Biography

Han Zhubin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. He was born in 1932, graduated from Beijing Economics Correspondence University and joined the CPC in 1950.

Han spent over 40 years working in the railway industry. After serving in management positions in different provincial railway administrations, he became minister of the Ministry of Railways in 1992. In 1998, he became procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Han became a member of the 14th and 15th CPC Central Committees. He was elected deputy secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
