Biography
Guo Wanqing, male, Han nationality, was born in 1950, and joined the CPC in 1985. He received a college education and is an assistant research fellow.
Guo has held leading positions at the Institute of Economy of the Anhui Academy of Social Sciences, including director. Guo has also served as deputy director of the Anhui Provincial Planning Committee and director of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Anhui Province.
