Biography
Guo Rongchang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Chaoyang, Guangdong Province. He was born in 1933 and joined the CPC in 1954.
Guo spent over 30 years in Party leadership roles at the county and provincial levels in Guangdong Province. In 1993, he became chairman of the 7th CPPCC Guangdong Provincial Committee.
Guo was a member of the 8th and 9th CPPCC National Committees and a delegate to the 15th CPC National Congress.
