Gao Tijian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Weihui City, Henan Province. He was born in 1959, entered the work force in 1969, and joined the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party (CPWDP) in 2001. Since November 2010, he is Director of Population and Family Planning Committee, Henan Provincial People’s Government. On Jan. 2011, he was elected as Vice-Chairman, CPPCC, Provincial Committee, Henan Province.
