Biography
Fu Tinggui, male, is a native of Panjin, Liaoning province. He was born in 1944, and became political commissar of the Beijing Military Region in 2003. Fu was conferred to the rank of major general in 1993, and promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 2002.
Fu Tinggui was a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
