Biography

Ding Xiangyang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Linghai City of Liaoning Province. He was born in 1959, entered the work force in 1984, and joined the CPC in 1987. He was Director of Develop and Reform Committee of Beijing Municipality from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013 was is Vice-Mayor of Beijing.

In 2013 he became Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council.
