Biography
Chen Xiaohong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changle City, Fujian Province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1982. Since 1998, he has been working for Ministry of Health at different posts. He was Vice-Minister of Ministry of Health.
From 2013 to 2015 he served as Deputy Director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
