Biography

Chen Shutao, male, Man nationality, is a native of Liaoning province. He was born in 1950, and he is a member of the Agro-Industrial Democratic Party. He began to work in 1973, and graduated from the University of Iowa. Chen is a master's of mathematics, and professor. Chen has spent most of his career at Harbin Normal University, where he became president in 1999.
