Chen Min'er, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhuji City of Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1960, started to work in 1981 and joined CPC in 1982. Chen graduated from Party School of the CPC Central Committee and holds a Master Degree in Law. He was serves as Executive Vice-Governor of Provincial People’s Government since from 2007 to 2012, and Member of Standing Committee of the CPC Provincial Committee of Zhejiang Province. He was an Alternate Member of 17th CPC Central Committee.
In 2012 he became Deputy Secretary of the Guizhou CPC Provincial Committee and member of the 18th CPC Central Committee. In 2013 he was elected governor of Guizhou Province.
