Biography
Chen Junliang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from the Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1955 and obtained an assistant doctorate degree from Moscow Telecommunications Engineering Institute in 1961.
