Biography
Chen Jun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1973, and graduated from Nanjing University in 1979. He joined the CPC in 1984 and received his Doctorate Degree from Nanjing University in 1985. After he got his Ph.D degree, he worked at Nanjing University and had held posts including, Department Head, Vice-President, Member of CPC University Party Committee Standing Committee, and Executive Vice-President. He is now President of Nanjing University and a Member of 11th NPC Standing Committee.
