Chang Zonglin, male, is of Han nationality. He was born in 1943, attended junior college, and is a long standing member of the CPC. Chang has served as board chairman of the Xinmu International Group and as deputy of the 7th NPC.
Chang Zonglin was a member of the standing committee of the Shandong Provincial People's Congress.
