Biography
Cao Siming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Henan Province. He was born in 1917 and joined the CPC in 1936. He was the political commissar of PLA Logistics Academy between 1981 and 1985. He was awarded as the major general in 1955, and was a member of 11th CPC Central Committee.
