Bao Xinbao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC, and graduated from the Party school of the CPC Central Committee.
Bao is currently a member of the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee and vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Shanghai City People's Congress.
