Biography Highlight

Zhang Shutian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shangqiu, Henan province. He was born in 1939, participated in the PLA in 1955, graduated from Nanjing Ordinance Technical School in 1958, and joined the CPC in 1959. Zhang was appointed to the rank of major general in 1993 and to general in 2000. He serves as deputy secretary of the 16th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
