Zhu Chunxuan, male, Tujia Ethnic Group, is a native of Hefeng, Hubei province. He studied medicine at Yichang Medical College and joined the CPC in 1971. In the early 1980s he served as deputy magistrate of Enshi county. Zhu has also been active in the CPC E'xi Prefectural Committee and People's Congress. He is currently vice-chairman of the 10th Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial People's Congress.
