Biography
Zhou Muyao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yancheng, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1943, and he is an associate research fellow. He joined the CPC in 1965, and began working in the same year. Zhou served as vice-mayor of Shanghai municipal government until 2000 and he is currently vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress.
