Biography
Zhao Shucong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1969, and graduated from Shandong University School of Medicine in 1975. From 2003 to 2011, he was Vice-Governor of Shandong Provincial Government. In 2012 he became Director of the State Forestry Administration and in 2013 he was named Director of the National Forest Fire Prevention Headquarters.
