Zhao Bin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Erzhou City, Hubei Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force in 1976, and joined the CPC in 1983. From 2002 to 2008, he was Secretary of CPC Shiyan City Committee of Hubei Province. Since 2008, he is Vice-Governor of People’s Government of Hubei Province.
