Yun Xiumei, female, Mongolian nationality, is a native of Tumd Left Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. She was born in 1949, and she is an on-the-job university graduate of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. She joined the CPC in 1973. Yun served a term as vice-mayor of Hohhot city, until 1999.
